1 medium tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
½ cup boiled corn (optional)
1 small boiled potato, cubed
Toppings & Garnishes:
3-4 tablespoons green chutney (coriander-mint chutney)
2-3 tablespoons tamarind chutney (sweet and tangy)
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
A pinch of black salt (optional, as chips may already be salty)
¼ cup sev (crispy gram flour noodles)
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds (optional)

Instructions
Prepare the Base:
Spread the potato chips evenly on a large serving plate or bowl.
Layer the Veggies:
Evenly distribute the chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled corn, and potato cubes over the chips.
