Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala

  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional)

  • A pinch of black salt (optional, as chips may already be salty)

  • ¼ cup sev (crispy gram flour noodles)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds (optional)

Extras:

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:

    • Spread the potato chips evenly on a large serving plate or bowl.

  2. Layer the Veggies:

    • Evenly distribute the chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled corn, and potato cubes over the chips.
